Our Servies

General Maintenance

Service for all the minor general maintenance and repair work is provided by the company under the annual Service Contract without any additional service charges payable by the Client. - Cost of any parts/equipment that needs to be replaced during maintenance shall be provided by the Client. For any parts costing beyond Rs. 1,000/- client’s approval will be required.

Fumigation

Fumigation of the property will be done once a year using healthy, eco-friendly pesticides.

Rent Collection

Rent will be collected by the Company from the tenant on a monthly/quarterly basis as per rental agreement and will be deposited into the Client's account.

Utility Bill Payment

Monthly utility bills will be collected with the bill amount from the occupant of the property and paid on behalf of the Client.

Quarterly Cleaning

General cleaning of the property will be performed every three months. This includes cleaning floors, restrooms, exterior spaces, dusting, etc.

A/C Service

Servicing of each A/C unit at the property once a year. Gas filling and any replacement parts can be provided with additional costs.

Clients will have the option to customize and choose additional services tailored to their specific needs. Following services can be provided:
